Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Chipjack: Hack the Machines ("Chipjack", "the app"), made by Mudimedia Yazılım ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing or playing Chipjack, you agree to these terms.

The app

Chipjack is free to download and play. There is no hard paywall — every heist, room and campaign chapter is reachable through normal play. Some conveniences (an optional Pro subscription, one-time Shard packs, a starter pack) are available as in-app purchases; none of them are required to progress or to compete on leaderboards.

Subscriptions & purchases

• Chipjack Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly, price shown in-app before purchase, in your local currency and store). It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel it from your Apple ID / Google Play account settings, not from within Chipjack.
• The yearly plan may include a free trial for new subscribers, shown in-app before you confirm.
• Shard packs and the starter pack are one-time purchases processed by the App Store / Play Store. Consumable purchases (Shard packs) are not restorable once spent; the starter pack is restorable.
• All purchases are billed and refunded under Apple's and Google's own store policies — we do not process payments or issue refunds directly. Contact Apple or Google support for a refund request.
• Restore previous purchases any time from Settings → "Restore purchases".

Ads

Chipjack shows optional rewarded video ads (via Google AdMob) that you choose to watch for an in-game reward. We never show forced interstitial or banner ads. A daily cap limits how many rewarded ads you can watch.

Leaderboards & fair play

Leaderboard scores are submitted through Apple Game Center or Google Play Games if you choose to sign in. Do not use modified clients, memory editors, or any other method to submit a score you did not earn in normal play; we reserve the right to exclude such scores or restrict access to leaderboards for accounts that do so.

Acceptable use

Chipjack has no user-generated content, chat, or ability to upload your own material — nothing in the app lets you submit content on behalf of another person. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the app's normal operation beyond what's permitted by applicable law.

Availability

Chipjack has no server-side backend for gameplay — your save lives on your device. We may still change, add to, or discontinue features (including daily/weekly heists, leaderboards, or specific in-app purchases) in future updates.

Liability

Chipjack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Mudimedia Yazılım is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under the law of your country of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app changes. Continued use of Chipjack after an update means you accept the revised terms.
